Project Manager

Our client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering cross-functional operational projects, ensuring alignment across teams, and supporting the successful execution of business initiatives within a fast-paced fintech environment.


Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor key operational projects from initiation to completion.
  • Break down high-level goals into clear tasks, timelines, ownership, and success criteria.
  • Track project progress and ensure follow-through, escalating risks early when needed.
  • Prepare and deliver structured project updates to leadership.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Facilitate communication and alignment across Operations, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Support teams.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand dependencies, priorities, and expectations.
  • Schedule and lead project-related meetings, ensuring clear takeaways and next steps.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze data relevant to project decisions.
  • Prepare concise summaries, comparisons, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Operations Management or a similar role is required.
  • Experience in the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered an advantage
  • Experience working closely with IT teams or exposure to tech-driven operational processes is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Operations, IT Project Coordination/Management, Business Support, or similar cross-functional role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable learning and using new tools (project management, documentation, reporting).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, forex, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Monday, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents).
  • Exposure to SOP creation, process mapping, or operational efficiency work.
