BI Analyst

Our client, a service company providing services to an FX-startup, is currently seeking a BI Analyst to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing business reports, monitoring performance metrics, supporting affiliate operations, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to Affiliate Business
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or variances
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across affiliate reports
• Review affiliate documentation and support the approval process
• Prepare commission calculations for Affiliates and Master Affiliates
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to address business questions and operational challenges
• Assist in the development and automation of recurring reports
• Respond to and screen internal emails in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but is not required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand, interpret, and explain variances
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
