Partnerships Manager

Our client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Partnerships Manager to join its growing team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Introducing Brokers and other business partners expanding and growing the Company’s partner network to support client procurement. The role acts as the main point of contact for partners, monitors performance data, and proposes and implements initiatives to improve outcomes, while working closely with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and other internal departments to ensure the network operates effectively and in line with Company standards.


Responsibilities:

The Employee shall perform, among others, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs and other partners, acting as the main point of contact for the network.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new IBs and partners to expand the Company’s network for client procurement.
  • Monitor data and performance trends across the partner network, and propose and implement initiatives to improve results.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for partners and affiliates, and regularly evaluate their performance.
  • Prepare, review, and present performance reports, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Support IBs and partners with day-to-day queries, ensuring they are well equipped with product and process knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth and compliant running of partner activities.
  • Ensure all partner activity is conducted in line with the Company’s policies and procedure.


Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with a strong track record in a similar role will also be considered.
  • 2–3 years of experience in in IB/Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Experience with CRM or partner/affiliate platforms will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
