Our Office is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition & Growth Lead. This role is responsible for driving the growth and success of LS Career Studio by connecting exceptional talent with the right career opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and strengthening the studio's market presence. This role combines recruitment expertise, relationship management, and brand development to support business growth while delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and manage the recruitment function of LS Career Studio.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Drive business development activities by identifying and engaging prospective clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting portfolio growth.
• Manage and enhance LS Career Studio's LinkedIn presence and other digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely coordination and follow-up with both clients and candidates.
• Contribute to the overall positioning, growth, and reputation of LS Career Studio as a boutique, people-first recruitment brand.
• Undertake additional responsibilities, HR management & administration and projects as required to support the evolving needs and growth of the business.
