Job Description:

Client Funding Administrator

Our client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Client Funding Administrator to join its growing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records and prepare relevant reports relating to client funds and transactions
  • Process deposits, promotions, internal transfers, and withdrawal requests in accordance with company procedures
  • Update daily FX rates and accurately enter them into the system
  • Process incoming transactions in line with company regulations and operational requirements
  • Assist clients with requests to participate in promotional campaigns offered by the company
  • Review and process client funding requests in accordance with company policies, terms, and conditions
  • Monitor and investigate transaction failures and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution
  • Verify credit card transactions based on daily settlement reports
  • Conduct bank transfer reconciliations and daily statement analysis
  • Work closely with payment providers and follow their procedures and policies to ensure successful transaction processing


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing and presenting reports
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
  • Experience with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00)
  • Weekends on rotation (08:00 - 17:00)
