Account Opening Administrator
Our client, a service company providing services to an FX start up, is currently seeking an Account Opening Administrator to join its growing team.
Responsibilities:
· Process account opening for registered clients in accordance with KYC (Know Your Client) procedures
· Process KYC verification for potential and existing clients
· Perform AML (Anti-Money Laundering) scoring for existing clients
· Carry out PEP (Politically Exposed Person) verifications
· Process corporate (business) account applications
· Handle joint account verification and processing
· Verify provided information and documentation through World-Check validation
· Apply correct account settings in line with Beneficial Owner (BO) and Introducing Broker (IB) standard policies
· Apply updates and changes to accounts based on client instructions
· Utilize systems in accordance with training received, ensuring accuracy and avoiding operational errors
· Organize and file all client-related documentation in a structured and timely manner
Qualifications:
· University/College degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or a related field
· Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
· Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
· Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00)
. Weekends on rotation (08:00 - 17:00)
