Our client, a growing design & build studio based in Limassol, working on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Cyprus, and now expanding into real estate development, creating thoughtfully designed, ready-to-move-in homes of their own, is looking to grow its team.

Marketing / Social Media Manager (Performance-Based)

Reporting to the Managing Partner 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategy across relevant platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Create and schedule content — property features, construction updates, lifestyle/brand content
• Run paid campaigns targeting qualified buyer segments (local + international)
• Generate and qualify leads; hand off to sales for reservation follow-up
• Track and report on KPIs monthly (reach, engagement, leads, cost-per-lead)
• Coordinate content shoots at sites with design and construction teams

Requirements:

• 3+ yrs social media/digital marketing experience, real estate or luxury goods preferred
• Proven track record running paid social campaigns with measurable ROI
• Strong content instincts, visual storytelling, copywriting
