HR Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused HR Administrator to join our team. This role combines HR administration with recruitment support, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations whilst supporting employees and clients throughout their recruitment journey.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administration activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate records.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviews, documentation, and new starter administration.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, HR documents, policies, and personnel files.
- Assist employees and clients with HR-related administrative queries and requests.
- Maintain records, interview logs, documentation, and other relevant HR and recruitment information.
- Schedule meetings and interviews.
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and administrative documents as required.
- Support performance review and employee development processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and Career Studio programmes.
- Coordinate communication between employees, clients, candidates, managers, and external partners.
- Ensure our processes are handled consistently, professionally, and in line with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and Career Studio processes and administrative systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Career Studio teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Career Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, career services, office administration, or a people-focused role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Professional, approachable, and people-oriented personality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity..
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

- Previous experience with recruitment platforms, CRM systems, or career management tools is an advantage.
