Our client, a growing design & build studio based in Limassol, working on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Cyprus, and now expanding into real estate development, creating thoughtfully designed, ready-to-move-in homes of their own, is looking to grow its team.

Project / Construction Manager

Reporting to Managing Partner / Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the build timeline end-to-end, sequencing, milestones, subcontractor scheduling
• Manage on-site contractors and trades; resolve daily execution issues
• Track budget vs. actual spend; flag cost overruns early
• Coordinate with Procurement & Site Coordinator on materials/delivery timing
• Ensure work meets approved drawings, specs, and quality standards
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and authorities on permits/inspections
• Report progress regularly to leadership and, where relevant, to buyers or sales team

Requirements

• 5+ years construction/project management experience, ideally residential
• Civil engineering, construction management, or related degree preferred
• Strong grasp of local building codes and permitting process in Cyprus
• Proven budget and timeline management track record
• On-site presence required; valid driving license
