Customer Support Officer
Our client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its growing team. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to clients across all communication channels. The role ensures timely resolution of client requests, coordination with internal teams, and promotion of the Company's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Employee shall perform, among others, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via telephone, email, and live chat
- Resolve client queries and provide assistance when required
- Act as liaison between clients, customer service, and back-office operations
- Provide support to Account Managers
- Ensure all client requests are processed in a timely manner without delays
- Provide high-quality customer support during account opening and throughout the lifecycle of the trading account
- Promote the Company's services
- Draft and monitor daily reports and complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management
- Implement the Company's Internal Regulations and procedures
- Additional tasks as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role
- Authorized to resolve customer requests and escalate complex issues to management when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support within the FX Industry or similar will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00)
- Weekends on rotation (08:00 - 17:00)
