Customer Support Officer

Our client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its growing team. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to clients across all communication channels. The role ensures timely resolution of client requests, coordination with internal teams, and promotion of the Company's services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The Employee shall perform, among others, the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide support to customers via telephone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve client queries and provide assistance when required
  • Act as liaison between clients, customer service, and back-office operations
  • Provide support to Account Managers
  • Ensure all client requests are processed in a timely manner without delays
  • Provide high-quality customer support during account opening and throughout the lifecycle of the trading account
  • Promote the Company's services
  • Draft and monitor daily reports and complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management
  • Implement the Company's Internal Regulations and procedures
  • Additional tasks as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role
  • Authorized to resolve customer requests and escalate complex issues to management when required.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support within the FX Industry or similar will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00)
  • Weekends on rotation (08:00 - 17:00)
