Our client, a growing design & build studio based in Limassol, working on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Cyprus, and now expanding into real estate development, creating thoughtfully designed, ready-to-move-in homes of their own, is looking to grow its team.

Interior Design Lead

Reporting to Design Director / Managing Partner

Responsibilities:

• Own the interior design concept for each unit/development — finishes, layouts, material palettes
• Translate concept into detailed specs the Procurement & Site Coordinator sources against
• Select and approve furniture, fixtures, finishes for show units/model residences
• Collaborate with architects to ensure design intent survives into construction
• Review site work for design fidelity (finishes, installations match spec)
• Support sales/marketing with visual assets — renders, mood boards, staging

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field
• 3-4 yrs experience, ideally luxury residential or hospitality
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive, high-end aesthetic
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and rendering tools
• Comfortable presenting concepts to clients
